However, we reserve the right to utilize other shipping methods whenever they are more cost-effective. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of submission and payment by credit card.

All Himalayan Salt Cart products sold at retail, with the exception of personal care items, come with an unconditional 15 day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us by phone or e-mail within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase, and we will provide you with an RMA number. Please note that unless your products are defective in some manner, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
HimalayanSaltzLamps.com offers customers a full refund for orders cancelled prior to shipping. To cancel an order, send an e-mail to email@example.com stating your cancellation request. We will check the order status and get back to you within 24 hours.
The cancellation of orders that are already shipped are subject to shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
