If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us by phone or e-mail within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase, and we will provide you with an RMA number. Please note that unless your products are defective in some manner, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

The cancellation of orders that are already shipped are subject to shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
